They worked with my budget and repositioned their own schedule to help me fix my vehicle. Message: I dont know where to start. I was broken down in a town 10 minutes away from this shop. It was Friday 3 pm. I called every single company and no one felt like helping me. I offered lots of cash but no one cared. Funny thing was, I did not offer Hamel Service any cash when I called them. I also did not find them in google nor elsewhere. A person that knew them gave me their number. I called them and all they said after I explained my problem.. trust me, it was a big problem... don't worry buddy, we got you. Only a few minutes later a tow truck company called me asking about my location.. really? When does this happen? Awesome... so anyhow, me and the kids took a ride and went to this small town with my truck on tow truck to their shop. I was a bit worried when I saw the shop. Please don't get me wrong, I am from the LA area. But as soon as we arrived three guys jumped out of the small shop. Tagled the truck and had it fixed in less then one hour. It started to rain hard but they did not stop cause they knew the prediggement I was in. These three guys were soaked to the bone. But they got it done. Super professional and amazing mechanics. Made my day. I wish these guys the best and I will fly them to LA if I ever need help. They are that good. Pricing is super cheap too. When I got the bill I expected $2k to $3k but they only charged me $700.. wow... don't worry, I took care of them. Real Americans showing how it's done. Don't hesitate to go there. Just the most amazing experienced I ever had as a customer. Period.

Message: I was stranded at the truck stop with a broken down trailer and they arrived quickly. Escorted us back to their shop. Did our repeats and and got us back on the road within an hour and a half. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much Brett and Scott for all you did for us!

Message: These guys are so nice, they respect you. My vehicles transmission blew and i went back to clean my vehicle out because i thought it was done for, and the man came out and talked to me and told/taught me things i didn’t know. The transmission that was in my vehicle was a rare transmission and it was hard to find one for that type of vehicle. He called so many places and he did not give up. I will for sure be back if something else is wrong with our vehicles. Big thank you to all of them!
