Message: First time I’ve ever used Martin’s Auto but I am now a lifelong customer! The entire team there did an exceptional job! From explaining things in great detail along with photos, finding me the best parts for my vehicle, making sure everything was in perfect order, not to mention allowing me to use one of their loaner cars which was a huge PLUS! These guys are absolutely fantastic and now my vehicle feels brand new!

Message: The 2nd generation has learned a lot from the gentlemen who started this business. At the top of my list is honesty. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. That is what I want most from a business person. They were timely with diagnosis of my air conditioner problem and explained it so I could weigh my options. Good place and has been so for over 30 years.

Message: Work was done in a timely manner and quality work. The customer service is second to none. Silas was kind and very courteous and kept me informed of any and all repairs. I would highly recommend this company and plan to return at some point down the road to get more work done.

Message: These guys did great. My only complaint is the road force balancing they used to balance my tire was somehow worth $40. I understand having equipment costs and labor, but balancing a tire is easy with even very little knowledge. After having them do some leg work with Michelin, I had a tire replaced for about half the cost of the tire, plus the $40 road force balance and taxes/fees. Other shops would have sold and installed the tire around the same $140 price point, which is more than I anticipated needing to pay entirely.

Message: I’ve been using Martin’s Auto Service for almost thirty years and I’ve never had to take the same vehicle back for the same thing. I moved approximately two hours away and tried other shops just for convenience but NONE of them compared to Martin’s. Martin’s stays in contact me to communicate with every aspect of everything going on with my vehicle and is willing to help in ways that’s best for me and my decision making. I recently put my vehicle on a dolly and pulled it two hours to Martin’s because I know my vehicle will be in great hands, they use nothing but the best parts when I get my vehicle back I know I can drive it with confidence that it’s going to get me to and from with no problems that has been my experience with Martin’s Auto Service they deserve a lot more than just five stars. Message: EDIT: The owner and management, Silas and Gerald Martin both went out of their way to resolve the issue, and made sure I was involved (in deciding resolution) and more than satisfied with the the outcome. Instead of cringing when I hit the brakes, now I smile. Thank you for making it right, I definitely recommend giving Martins Auto a chance, or a second one if you have tried before. They have earned my business. The professionalism and manners of staff was exceptional, I cannot stress that enough. However, I brought my jeep in for a nuisance squealing noise, paid between 3&400$ by the end of it, while they DID replace both pads on the back, there’s no change at all in the noise. I was assured in the beginning when it dropped the jeep off that there would be no noise when they were done with it. I was told I could come back another day(it was almost closing time when I picked it up) to have the front ones done, but I already paid that much for the issue to not be fixed, I’m rather hesitant.

Message: My Acadia suspension went 1, 000 miles from home. Martin's fixed that plus a host of other things, putting me ahead of others because we were on a 12 day trip. They went above and beyond to get us going! We give them very high reviews! Would recommend them to anyone, anytime. They are the BEST!

Message: Scheduled an oil change and review of vehicle condition. In their usual excellent manner they found a split CV joint boot that was throwing grease on the catalytic converter and repaired a window regulator. I trust all their work will be performed in excellent cost conscious manner. Great shop.. Super people.
